The villa is located on a hill in the area of Costa, just 500m from the beach, offering unabstructed views to the island of Spetses. The house, spread over two levels, overlooks the penninsula of Costa in front of it and the view from all rooms is magnificent. The advantage of the house is that it is set in a neighborhood with not many residences and is surrounded by open countryside, with olive and pine trees. Although the house is old, it features many beautiful architectural elements that may be maintained and improved. The decoration combines classical and modern architectural elements and the furnishing is simple. There is also an open plan kitchen and living room with far reaching views to the cosmopolitan island of Spetses. The villa is accessible through an electronic gated entrance leading into a shaded parking area.
